This website uses no cookies, has no tracking or analytics tools, and collects no data about its visitors. The only personal data processed is what you choose to send us through the contact form.

What data and why

When you fill in the contact form you send us your name, email address, optionally the name of your company, and the content of the message. We use this data for one purpose only: reading your request and replying to you. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

No data is used for marketing, passed on to third parties, or subjected to profiling or automated decision-making.

How the data travels

The site is served by Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery network), which may process technical connection data (such as the IP address) for security and to deliver the service. Messages sent through the form are delivered via Resend (email delivery service). Both providers act as data processors, with GDPR-compliant safeguards for any transfers outside the EU.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that follows, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless required by law or by an ongoing contract.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR): just send an email to lucio@criticalmug.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
