How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. As a rough guide:
- an assessment takes one to two weeks
- an automation or an AI assistant on data that is already available, two to four weeks
- rebuilding a website, two to four weeks
- the first block of a management platform, live, six to ten weeks
A complete system grows block by block over a few months.
We already have management software: does it need to be replaced?
We start from what is already there. The system connects to existing software with two-way synchronization and works alongside it. Replacement, when it makes sense, happens one process at a time.
How do we start?
With a first meeting, also by video call, to understand the process you want to improve. Then comes the assessment, which ends with a document: scope, work blocks, timing and costs.
Do we have to commit to the whole project up front?
The work is divided into blocks, each with a result that is live and useful on its own. You decide one block at a time.
Who owns the software?
The arrangement is agreed at the start, depending on the project. Full ownership of the source code is one of the possible options. In every case the data is and remains yours.
What happens after release?
The system is looked after over time under an ongoing management agreement: monitoring, verified backups, updates and development of new features.
Where is the data and how secure is it?
On cloud infrastructure chosen together. Encrypted backups verified with test restores, logged access, continuous monitoring.
AI works on our data: what safeguards are there?
Agents operate only through dedicated tools, with defined permissions, and every action is logged. Autonomy is granted one action at a time, and cases that need a person are handed over to a person.
Do you only work in certain sectors?
The method is the same everywhere: it starts from processes and data. Today we have systems in operation in industry, logistics, emergency repair services, culture and sport, the non-profit sector and hospitality.
